CBT
Cognitive (How we think), Behavioural (What we do) Therapy. We can work together to see how your thoughts may be influencing the way you are behaving. How your thoughts can be very negative and can be put on trial. We also learn certain pathways of thinking that lead to unhealthy habits or phobias We can work together to consider your past, your values and your beliefs. We can think about the 'now' and work out a healthier way forward with more positive thoughts.

Creative Therapy
Creative therapy consists of hands on creative work such as painting, drawing and crafts. It is also about being creative in how we work together. This could be with music, crystals, sand play, buttons and puppets to name but a few. Please see my page named Creative.
