BREATHWORK

I am currently undertaking training and will be able to offer this to clients from March 2026.

If you are new to the world of Breathwork, here is a brief idea of what it can do for you.

Breathwork is natural. It is a powerful and easy to use tool to aid wellbeing.

Breath is the only system in our body that we can control and we often don’t use it to full effect. Learning how to do this can be life changing.

Breathwork can energise, calm, soothe and create the perfect homeostasis within our bodies.

Working to improve our physical and mental wellbeing, Breathwork is now being seen as a way to support people who have experienced trauma, helping to regulate the nervous system.

Breathing techniques will be given to clients who may benefit as a resource and clients can learn to take this on as a regular practice to support their internal systems and nervous system regulation.
